As we welcome you back to our hotel, we are committed to providing you with a safe environment that aligns with expert protocols. We are redefining our cleaning & safety standards and we will be actively monitoring and evolving our solutions to ensure we have a continued focus on the health and safety of our guests and associates. All aspects of our business with be addressed, from public spaces, guest rooms.
What time is check-in?
Check-in is from 2pm onwards but please let us know in advance if you intend on arriving earlier and we will endeavour to have your room ready. We will not however guarantee the room will be ready.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is from 10:30am, if you would like a late check out please let our staff know. There may be a charge added to your room and this will only be subject to availability.
What time does the reception open?
Our reception opens at 7 am each morning.
Do we accept cash payments?
Yes we take cash but you are required to leave a security deposit of $200. This will be returned on check-out of your room.
What card types do we accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and debit card. There is however a 1.3% charge on all cards except debit.
Is our restaurant open?
No we do not but there are several restaurants only a short 5-minute walk away at the Cullen Bay Marina. We have details and menus available at reception.
Is smoking allowed?
Yes, but only on the balconies, and designated areas within the complex.
Can I park onsite?
Yes, you can, there are two levels of undercover and a large open carpark at the rear of the complex.
Do you provide extra bedding?
Yes, there are blankets in the cupboard in the room and this can be provided on request. Roll-away beds are available at an additional charge of $30 and are subject to availability, Roll-away beds can only be used in certain room types. All cots requested costs $20.
Is there hairdryers in the rooms?
Hairdryers are available in all of our rooms for the convenience of our guests.
Can I check-in later than 10:00pm?
Yes, however our reception does close at 10pm but I can send through the afterhours check in procedures as we have a key safe located at the front of reception
Do you have baths?
Unfortunately we do not have baths in our property.
Are there kitchens in the rooms?
Our 1 and 2 bedroom apartments have kitchenette facilities which are self-contained.
Do you have elevators?
We have two elevators which go all the way to the lower basement carpark.
Do we allow pets?
Sorry but unfortunately pets are not allowed.
What time is your pool open to?
The pool is open from 7am through to 10pm each day.
Is there a BBQ or an Entertainment area?
Yes, the property has a BBQ Area, and it’s complimentary for our guests to use. If you need any extra tools or assistance in operating the BBQ, feel free to get in touch with the reception desk.
Where are the rubbish bins?
Rubbish chutes are located on each level beside the lift, recycling bins are in the lower basement carpark.
How do you get to your hotel from the airport? Vice Versa.
We recommend varied travel options from shuttle services to taxi and ride share.
